
The IBD@NEU (International Bachelor Degree at National Economics University) Program offers internationally recognized undergraduate degrees in collaboration with partner universities in the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia. Students may complete their study in Vietnam or transfer to partner universities overseas, depending on their chosen academic pathway.

Applications are open to international citizens who satisfy the following requirements:
IBD@NEU Program offers flexible undergraduate pathways. Depending on their choice, students may study entirely in Vietnam or transfer to internationally accredited partner universities in the UK, USA, or Australia to study the last one or two years of their bachelor degree.

Note:
The above timeline is subject to change depending on the actual admission process. To facilitate timely visa applications, applicants may receive their admission decisions and supporting documents earlier as processing progresses. This allows successful applicants sufficient time to complete visa procedures and arrive in Vietnam before the commencement of the academic semester.
7.1. Application Fee and Enrollment Deposit
Applicants are required to pay the following fees during the admission process:

The enrollment deposit will be deducted from the tuition fee for the first semester.
If an admitted applicant is unable to enroll because a Vietnamese student visa is not granted, the National Economics University (NEU) will refund the full enrollment deposit. Any bank charges incurred during the refund process, including fees charged by the sending bank, receiving bank, and any intermediary banks (if applicable), shall be borne by the applicant.
7.2. Tuition Fees
Tuition fees vary depending on the selected academic pathway, partner university, and English language entry level (where applicable). Tuition is charged by semester in accordance with the tuition schedule announced by the International School of Management and Economics (ISME).
