14:30-16:40: Dialogue

Panel 1: Align TNE with institutional and national goals (14:30 – 15:10, 40 mins)

This panel addresses the macro-level alignment between national higher education internationalisation goal and university-level strategy. The objective is to discuss how Vietnamese universities can move beyond treating TNE as isolated degree programs or commercial ventures, positioning it instead as a core driver for institutional reform, research collaboration, and global standing in alignment with MoET’s national vision.

Panel 2: Strengthen TNE partnerships and institutional capacity through Institutional Value Co-Creation (15:10 – 15:50, 40 mins)

This panel focuses on inter-institutional operations, quality assurance, and practitioner capacity building between higher education institutions and supporting bodies. Moving away from top-down monitoring or auditing models, this session explores how UK and Vietnamese HEIs, alongside the British Council, can engage in genuine “Value Co-Creation”—co-developing academic standards, operational workflows, and professional growth for TNE staff.

Panel 3: Aligning TNE Outcomes with High School Pathways, Industry Needs & Employability (15:50 – 16:30, 40 mins)

This panel examines the full talent lifecycle of TNE—connecting input (high school preparation) with output (graduate employability and industry integration). By bringing together secondary school leaders, university academics, and industry employers, this session aims to create seamless transition pathways for students and ensure TNE degree outcomes directly address national workforce demands.

16:30-16:40: Summary and Key takeaway
