The First Days at the Bootcamp – The journey is officially underway, opening a one-of-a-kind experience for students of the Digital Marketing Programme, Intake 21, and the BTEC HND Programme. From the moment the Departure Ceremony set the journey in motion, the IBD@NEU “recruits” stepped into a whole new environment – one that challenged them to embrace discipline, work as a team, take initiative, and adapt to whatever came their way.
Held from August 7 to 14, 2026, Bootcamp 2026 was jointly organised by the International School of Management and Economics (ISME), National Economics University (NEU), and the Centre for National Defence and Security Education at Bac Ninh University of Physical Education and Sports. The week-long experience offered students a well-rounded journey of training, learning, and connection.

In the first few days, students got their first taste of military life, familiarising themselves with its routines, discipline, and sense of order through basic training in military regulations, collective activities, and physical fitness. What initially felt unfamiliar soon became a series of memorable experiences, encouraging students to take initiative, embrace discipline, and learn the value of working together as a team.

But Bootcamp was about more than training. A vibrant line-up of extracurricular activities, team challenges, and bonding sessions gave students plenty of chances to step outside their comfort zones, grow closer, and build a stronger team spirit. Every activity brought a new challenge, calling on everyone to communicate, collaborate, and take the initiative to find solutions together.
The “recruits” also brought their energy to the Sports Day, competing side by side, cheering each other on, and giving it their all. From spirited chants and bright smiles to an unwavering determination to keep going, every moment made their first days at the training camp even more lively, memorable, and full of team spirit.

The first half of the journey came with sweat, unfamiliar routines, and the first challenges to overcome. Yet, it was through those moments that a stronger, more connected community began to take shape.

With a focus on building discipline, a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and adaptability, Bootcamp 2026 was more than just a week of training – it was a journey for students to discover new strengths within themselves. More importantly, it marked a meaningful first step, preparing them to embrace the learning, experiences, and growth that lie ahead in their university journey.
