Interfaculty Entrepreneurship Competition BizTech Hackathon 2026: INNOVERA

Following the success of the 2025 season, BizTech Hackathon 2026 – INNOVERA has officially returned. This is a technology and artificial intelligence-based entrepreneurship competition designed to seek innovative ideas capable of addressing real-world social challenges. The program is organized with the goal of creating a hands-on environment where students not only acquire knowledge but also directly experience the journey of building a real startup.

BizTech 2026 offers young talents the opportunity to develop innovative thinking, enhance problem-solving skills, and connect with a community of students passionate about technology and business across the university. At the same time, the competition serves as a bridge connecting students with experts, businesses, and investors within the startup ecosystem.

COMPETITION INFORMATION

Theme: Applying technology and innovation to solve real-world social challenges.
Eligibility: Students who are passionate about technology, business, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
Participation Format: Registration is open to both individuals and teams. Individual participants will be supported by the Organizing Committee in forming teams of 3–5 members.

OPPORTUNITIES AND BENEFITS FOR PARTICIPANTS

Experience a “Startup Simulator” Environment: Participants will directly engage in the startup-building process, from market research and problem identification to MVP development and business model design.
Develop Problem-Solving Skills: The competition helps students strengthen their ability to analyze problems, utilize real-world data, and create highly practical technology-driven solutions.
Receive Mentorship from Experts and Businesses: Teams will be guided and supported by experienced mentors from the fields of technology, business, and entrepreneurship.
Expand an Interdisciplinary Network: INNOVERA brings together students from technology, business, marketing, and design backgrounds, creating opportunities to form multidisciplinary teams with diverse skill sets.
Access Project Development Opportunities and Attractive Awards: Promising ideas will have the opportunity to connect with investors and businesses, with the potential to be developed into real-world projects after the competition.

OFFICIAL TIMELINE

Time	Stage	Description
May 6 – May 7	Round 1 – Insight Stage	Individual aptitude assessment through a multiple-choice test to identify strengths in Business, Technology, and Innovation.
May 12 – May 26	Round 2 – Strategy Stage	Teams conduct market research, identify problems, and discover user insights.
May 29 – June 21	Round 3 – Venture Development Stage	Develop product strategies and business models. Complete product development, build an MVP, and work intensively with mentors.
July 3	Grand Final	The best teams will present their projects before a panel of experts and compete for the championship title.
