Graduating with Master's degree from Boise State University, Idaho, USA, in 1995 and completing his Doctoral at the National Economics University in 2005, Associate Professor. Le Trung Thanh has 35 years of experience in training, research, and consulting in economics and business administration.

In the field of business administration, Associate Professor. Le Trung Thanh specializes in business administration, human resource management, and marketing management and has implemented numerous training consulting, and research projects for various organizations and enterprises both domestically and internationally. Associate Professor. Le Trung Thanh has has served as the chief editor and participated in the compilation of numerous specialized booksand published nearly 40 articles in prestigious domestic and international conferences and journals. He has completed five ministerial-level and equivalent topics and one state-level project.

In the field of training, Associate Professor. Le Trung Thanh has successfully deployed the E-learning online training system for the Distance-learning Program of the National Economics University since 2012.

Associate Professor. Le Trung Thanh was honoured as Outstanding Teacher and awarded the Medal of Honor from the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs.

Associate Professor. Le Trung Thanh has held various management positions, including Deputy Director of the Institute of Business Administration, Director of the Center for Economic and Business Consulting Research, Director of the Distance Education Center at the Institute of Business Administration, and Dean of the Institute of Postgraduate Education. From 2023 to the present, he has been the Dean of the International School of Management and Economics, in charge of the school's overall activities.

Dr. Trịnh Thị Thu Giang is in charge of Media, Admissions and training support activities.

Dr. Trịnh Thị Thu Giang has 15 years of experience in developing, managing and operating international training programs.

Dr. Trịnh Thị Thu Giang has held positions such as Head of the International Bachelor Degree of Business and Management program in cooperation with the University of Sunderland since 2011, and Head of Undergraduate Training Department at the International School of Management and Economics since 2014.

In terms of expertise, Dr. Trịnh Thị Thu Giang teaches specialized courses in English on Marketing, Study Skills. She has also supervised students doing scientific research in the IBD@NEU International Bachelor’s Degree program.

Dr. Hồ Hoàng Lan has 20 years of experience in managing undergraduate joint training programs in partnership with universities in the UK and other international partners. Dr. Hồ Hoàng Lan is currently responsible for managing all undergraduate programs at the International School of Management and Economics, National Economics University.

Dr. Hồ Hoàng Lan has extensive experience in negotiating cooperation in education and training, developing training programs, designing personal development programs and providing career counseling to students. Dr. Hồ Hoàng Lan also teaches subjects in Economics, Finance, self-development and academic skills for students, as well as supervises undergraduate and postgraduate students in their research projects and graduation theses.

Dr. Dương Văn Bảy is currently the Head of Postgraduate Training Department, being responsible for coordinating and managing postgraduate training programs in cooperation with universities in the UK, Germany, Belgium, Canada… at both the master and doctoral levels at the International School of Management and Economics, National Economics University.

Dr. Dương Văn Bảy has more than 10 years of working for international organizations and nearly 20 years of coordinating and managing postgraduate programs, directly participating in teaching activities of international undergraduate and postgraduate programs. His teaching and research areas focus on Supply Chain Management and Operations, E-commerce and Digital Business, and Quality Management.

Dr. Lê Thị Hương Lan has more than 20 years of managing international training programs in partnership with universities of the United States, Belgium, United Kingdom and Singapore at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels; therefore, she has gained extensive expertise in various aspects of international education, including: writing proposals, developing and managing undergraduate and postgraduate training programs, organizing experiential activities for students, organizing events and activities to connect business community, coaching and mentoring students on career orientation, as well as marketing and media for training programs.

Dr. Lê Thị Hương Lan teaches and provides supervisory on research proposals and graduation theses for undergraduate and postgraduate students majoring in Business Administration and Marketing.

Ms. Vũ Hoàng Oanh has 25 years of experience in administrative management positions for international cooperation projects, such as the project between Nanyang Technological University and National University of Singapore on training for the Diploma in Executive Management Development; the Vietnam–Laos Postgraduate program in cooperation with National University of Laos on training and granting Master’s degree in Business Administration; and the Vietnam–Belgium Postgraduate program in cooperation with the Free University of Brussels, Belgium on training and granting Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Since 2011, Ms. Vũ Hoàng Oanh has been the Chief of Staff of the International School of Management and Economics, responsible for the entire administrative work of the School.

Ms. Bùi Thị Quỳnh Trang has over 15 years of experience in managing English programs and skill courses during the first year of international joint training programs. She even had 7 years serving in the Youth Union as the Branch Secretary and a member of the Union’s Executive Committee of the National Economics University.

In terms of expertise, Ms. Bùi Thị Quỳnh Trang participates in instructing the Learning Skills module in the International Bachelor’s Degree program IBD@NEU.
